1.How about our injection molding process ?
Material drying -- Plasticizing -- Mold clamping -- Injecting material into the mold -- Pressurizing -- Cooling -- Mold Unloading -- Molded products
We have Injection machine x2 that we can produce more than 1000pcs mannequins one day (depending on the mold type ).

2.How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 7 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

3.Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

4.What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CIF.

5.What about your material ?
Our materials are Polyethylene , Poly carbonates , Polypropylene.

6: Are changes possible?
A:Yes, it can be done. To make partial modifications on existing models, we create minor molds for the desired changes, forgoing the expense of making an entire new mold.

7: So we can make whatever changes we desire?
A: Yes, all options are on the table.

8: So from what I understand now, your production process is different from the traditional one?
A: Yes, our production is highly automated. Our mannequins are fully formed when they come out of the machines and require only minimal treating, 5 min per mannequin as opposed to the traditional 7 day production time.
