Q:CRYSTAL MANNEQUINS, a factory or a trading company ?
A:We are not only a factory, but also a trading company.
Q:How many CRYSTAL mannequins in one carton ?
A:One piece per carton.
Q:How many CRYSTAL mannequin in 20GP container,40GP container or 40HQ container ?
A:170-185pcs in 20GP container, 350-360pcs in 40GP container, 380-390pcs in 40HQ container.(just for full body adults mannequins)
Q:How about delivery time ?
A:20days for 20GP container, 30 days for 40GP and 35 days for 40HQ container.
Q:May I know payment terms ?
A:We generally accept 30% T/T deposit before production, and 70% T/T before loading container. If you want other payment terms, please email us.
Q:Do you accept L/C, Western union and Paypal for CRYSTAL mannequins ?
A:Yes, of course.
Q:How many CRYSTAL mannequins included in one group and looks beautiful for window ?
A:Gerenally 5 mannequins: 4 pcs standing posture and 1 sitting posture. However, you could choose any posture of CRYSTAL mannequins to be your own style in window.
Q:If I buy some products from other China vendors, and want to mix them with CRYSTAL mannequins in your container, is ok for you?
A:Yes, we can and help you to save your cost.
Q:If I need special color or base, can you do it ?
A:Yes, we could paint color and base according to your request.
Q:How many workers in CRYSTAL mannequin factory ?
A:Around 50.
Q:Can I have one free sample to test CRYSTAL mannequin quality before placing bulk order?
A:Of course. Sending you a free sample before mass production.
Q:Do you offer custom mannequin work?
A:Yes. We love to create new styles. If you have any request, please email us freely.
Q:Can I visit you?
A:Sure, our factory is located in XIAMEN, the Garden City in China. You are always welcome to our factory at any time. After you finalizing the visit date, please email us and we will arrange the meeting with you.
Q:Do you check the quality of my order before shipment?
A:We inspect all mannequins before packing in case of damage or missing parts. Then, we pack them into the box and load them into container.
Q:Can i have warranty of CRYSTAL mannequins?
A:All CRYSTAL mannequins are tested in good condition before shipment. If there is any problem when CRYSTAL products arrive, please feel free to contact us immediately with defect photos. We will offer replacements to repair or compensate new ones in new coming orders.
