A:One pc in one carton which is  5 layers strong corrugated board carton

Q:How many mannequins in 20GP container,40GP container or 40HQ container ?

A:170-185pcs in 20GP container, 350-360pcs in 40GP container, 380-390pcs in 40HQ container.

Q:What about delivery time ? 

A:25days for 20GP container, 30 days for 40GP and 35 days for 40HQ container.

Q:How many mannequins included in one group and looks beautiful for window ?

A:Yidear mannequins generally include 5 mannequins: 4 pcs standing posture and 1 sitting posture. However, you could choose any posture of mannequins to make your group in your shop window.

Q:If i buy some products from other suppliers, and want to mix them with mannequins in one container, is ok for you?

A:Yes, we can mix other products with our mannequins and save your cost.

Q:If i need special color or base, can you do it ?

A:Yes, we could paint color and produce base as your requirements.

Q:Do you offer custom mannequin work?

A:Yes, we have design and sculpt team.  We love to create new styles. Any request, welcome discuss together.

Q:Can i visit your factory and discuss more detals?

A:Sure, our factory is located in Guangzhou. You are always welcome to our factory at any time. After you finalize the visit date, please email us and we will arrange the meeting with you.

Q:Do you check the quality of my order before shipment?

A:We inspect all mannequins before packing in case of damage or missing parts. Then, we pack them and load them to container.

Q:Can i have warranty of mannequins?

A:All our mannequins are tested in good condition before shipment. If there is any problem when our products arrive, please feel free to contact us immediately with defect photos. We will offer replacements to repair or compensate new ones in new coming orders.
